Dilma cancels speech and cries when talking about the tragedy in Rio de Janeiro

The president Dilma Rousseff canceled a speech you would on Thursday (7) during the celebration ceremony for small businesses due to the death of ten children by a gunman who stormed a school in the district Realengo this morning. The president said he would not talk "because it happened in Realengo".

Thrilled, the president wept when asked to present a moment of silence for the death of children.
- Recognize those innocent children who lost their lives and the future there Realengo. And I propose a moment of silence for us to do our tribute to these young Brazilians that were taken so early in life.
